Although Elemental Computers works hard to provide the best available quality, brand-name products, occasionally a manufacturer's fault may occur.

In the unlikely event of a product failure, please use the following guidelines to most efficiently rectify your problem:

 

1. Thoroughly read all manuals which apply to your product to ensure the fault is not related to an incorrect user operation.
2. Locate your original Purchase INVOICE for your product. If you are unable to find it, you may request another copy from us, FREE of charge by sending us an email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . In your email, you need to include the full name and/or names of the original purchaser(s) of the goods along with your address & phone number(s) at the time of making the purchase. If your address and/or phone number(s) have now changed, please also include your new address and/or phone numbers. Upon receipt of your email, an electronic version of your original purchase INVOICE will be emailed to you in PDF format within 2 working days, based on Brisbane's business trading calendar.
3. Double check your INVOICE and all paperwork to confirm if you have obtained an EXTENDED Warranty for your product. If you have, please go to point 3(a). If you haven't please continue to point 4.
a) Identify the brand of the faulty product and write down a full description of the fault.
b) You need to locate the small, silver sticker containing your Warranty registration number. You may find this sticker attached to one of your products or it will MOST likely be inside the Warranty CD, you were given at the time of delivery of your product.
c) You are now ready to phone UNITED ELECTRICAL AUSTRALIA (Your Extended Warranty Supplier) on: 1800 786 331. Make sure you have your original INVOICE, Your Warranty registration number and your written fault description ready for the operators. It is also advisable to be next to your faulty equipment at the time of making the call.
4. Identify the brand of the faulty product and write down a full description of the fault.
5. Refer to the brand names below. Match the brand of your faulty product and proceed to phone the relevant customer service phone number adjacent to the matching brand. Ensure you have your written fault description handy and your original INVOICE so you are able to tell the phone operator about your problem once you come off hold. It is also advisable to be next to your faulty equipment at the time of making the call. IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMER WARRANTY ENQUIRIES:
If any of the following circumstances apply to you:
1. Your product has been damaged due to an accident.
2. Your product has experienced an electrical power surge.
3. You have contracted a computer virus/spyware damage or are dealing with a Computer Software corruption issue.
4. Your warranty request has been rejected by the manufacturer for whatever reason.
